Legit – A Nigger in Northface (Official Video)

December 6th, 2011 § 0 comments § permalink

I haven’t posted on this blog in ages nor do I care to start a personal tumblr for fear that I may never catch up to the people that Drake feels sorry for. With all that said, this video deserves attention.

Off Legit‘s (@chicagolives) mixtape “Coloring Outside The Lines”.

You don’t live for this, but finally we get some respect…The team worked so hard on this and for nooooooooo money. Imagine if we had an intern budget? Ha. The campaign made history for city tourism.

Too much to blog about. To be honest, I don’t care about blogging anymore. Let the results be the posts from now on. Visit http://passportproject.tumblr.com to get initiated with what has been up.

Moonwalking With Einstein

March 19th, 2011 § 0 comments § permalink

A mere millennium ago, being able to remember and recite a text verbatim was not a game or a party trick. It was an art. More than that, it was part of being cultured: a person without memory was a person without ethics or humanity.

For all those special enough to know me, you have come to know, I am obsessed with memory and cognitive ability, specifically “my memory and cognitive ability. In order to maximize my full mental potential I have read and applied teachings from “How to Develop a Perfect Memory” by Dominic O’Brien, experimented with nootropics, studied and dabbled in TM, and met with neurologists and neuropsychologists. Ironically enough I still believe I have a ways to go, that is why I was elated to see my friend Jason Mo post about a new book he had picked up titled, Moonwalking With Einstein. While I have yet to begin reading the book I have read the NY Times book review and hope to share with you my views and opinions at a later time. For now, remember what you can with what you have, and don’t worry so much about it. Cheers.

Enchantment v2.2

It seems like all I post are videos. Well, check out this “turn key” presentation from one of the top angel investors in the world, Guy Kawasaki. I love his approach and perspective. Enchantment: The Art of Changing Hearts, Minds, and Actions is a must read book that I am taking incredibly too long to finish.
