Aquille Carr Putting In Work In High School Bball VIDEO

February 3rd, 2011 § 1 comment § permalink

OMG Based God. Swag to the maximum. Dude is incredible. Nate Robinson should take lil’ homie under his wing, NOW. Agents are probably drooling over this dude. A problem. A filthy problem. Keep your grades up young bull.

Translation:

Aquille Carr from Patterson High School in NJ is one of the most impressive to watch basketball players in the country. His quickness, speed, body control, and jumping ability are unparalleled. A current NBA player by the name of Nate Robinson (Celtics) should mentor this young lad to greatness. Stay away from the weed smoke and ladies until you have your NBA contract secured.

The dunks were great. The dribble moves I saw in 2003. I guess you can innovate so much when it comes to basketball tricks. BTW, I’ve started ballin again. I dare you to invite me to your open gym. I triple dog dare you.

The difference between me and you is that I make this look good. I really ball. Nike Recess Federation (NRF) you better extend an invite or I will come find you! I was ranked in NYC. Would have been better than Sebastian had I not considered going to college for academic / career reasons. Everyone worth mentioning at UMass thought I was better than C.Lo. What else do you need to do? Give me a roster spot.

Sincerely,

Kenji Summers

Shout out to head coach, Arjay Perovic and assistant coach, Amir Younesi for letting us film such an amazing group of talented young men.

The City played in the AAU National tournament this past weekend. I will let you know how it turned out. These boys are the future of basketball and society.

This is one of those big ideas that as a kid you imagine happening. A basketball game played on a bespoke court in the middle of Time Square? Insane. I hear Nike Basketball is going extremely hard this summer. I just hope they keep the gritty city integrity intact.

This man is LEGEND. He went from Shammgod Wells to God Shammgod. He also went to a legendary high school in NYC, La Salle Academy, responsible for the likes of Ron Artest and Lenny Cooke. The “Shammgod” move has been appropriated by ballers around the world. There has not been a move named after a baller that has become as pervasive. This video is going to make me go back to the park near my crib and do dribbling drills with a blindfold. Is Converse asking us to send them videos or tell stories about what we do on the court? I’m down…
